Cape Bernier Vineyard

Cape Bernier Vineyard is a boutique vineyard overlooking beautiful Marion Bay on Tasmania’s southeast coast, Australia.

We were awarded Tasmanian Vineyard of the Year 2010 by the Royal Agricultural Society of Tasmania, and rated a 4.5 star Winery by James Halliday in the Australian Wine Companion 2013.

Our vineyard is situated on a sunny north facing slope with an easterly aspect that traps the morning to late afternoon sun. Due to our southerly location we have extended hours of sunshine while the cooling sea breezes enable our grapes to develop intense, crisp flavours from which we produce hand-crafted wines that capture the essence of the unique terroir of our site.

The vineyard produces Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris grapes, from which we craft our unique Red, White and Sparkling wines.
